Ghana Muslims UK CIC is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC No. 16068208) based in the United Kingdom. Our mission is to empower and unite the Ghanaian Muslim community through faith-based activities, civic engagement, and cultural initiatives. We also operate a shop and accept charitable donations in support of our work.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt our services.

  • You are responsible for any content you submit, including accuracy and appropriateness.

3. Donations

  • All donations made through our website are voluntary and non-refundable, unless made in error.

  • Ghana Muslims UK CIC is not a registered charity but operates with a clear social purpose. Donations support community programmes, youth initiatives, and operational costs.

  • We reserve the right to use donation funds in a way that best meets the needs of the organisation and its beneficiaries.

4. Online Shop

  • Our eCommerce section sells a range of products including books, gifts, modest clothing, and faith essentials.

  • All products are subject to availability. Prices and descriptions may change without notice.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4.1 Payment

  • Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your card details.

4.2 Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch items within 3–5 business days. UK shipping only (for now).

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

4.3 Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of item inspection.

5. Community Engagement & Conduct

  • Ghana Muslims UK CIC encourages respectful participation across all events, forums, and digital spaces.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from our platforms and potentially legal action.

6. Content Ownership

  • All content on this site (text, images, videos, branding) is the property of Ghana Muslims UK CIC unless otherwise credited.
